A mixed experience, to put it mildly

running toilet hot room

The garden out back was quite pretty.

My room was not clean. It was rather disappointing. The toilet kept running, and even after I told the front desk, nothing happened (seriously!). It was very hot in the room, an additional annoyance.

great value well-kept garden perfect location

the hotel's location is excellent, very close to the beach (a 2-minute walk). i found the included buffet meals offered great value. the well-kept gardens provided a relaxing space, i think.

Excellent Location and Friendly Staff

great location friendly staff awesome stay

The hotel's location is great and provides easy access to the beach. The staff were friendly (especially Phillip at reception). I appreciated the breakfastwith a good variety. I booked extra days, because my stay was awesome.

The windows in my room did not open, making it quite stuffy (a fan was provided but not effective).

friendly staff easy access relaxing music

The staff were genuinely friendly and always ready to assist (their smiles were contagious!). The location offered easy access to local attractions. I found the live music in the evenings good and relaxing.

The gym equipment showed some signs of wear.

sea front comfortable bedding cashless system disabled access

The location was very good! it was only a few minutes to the sea front. The beds and bedding were REALLY comfortable! I also loved the oldy worldly feel and decor. It added a tender touch.

I could not pull up to the entrance easily with my disabled mother. The hotel is now cashless, DISGUSTING. This affected many people. Some don't have cards and rely on cash.

the hotel's location is near the beach, just a short walk away. the garden is lovely and very well kept by the staff. the swimming pool was great and the jacuzzi was the hottest i have ever been in.
